At our shop, we carefully roast fresh sweet potatoes from Ibaraki Prefecture in a handmade kiln.
Our roasted sweet potatoes, made with an abundance of seasonal sweet potatoes, are known for their chewy texture and rich sweetness, receiving high praise from many customers.
Additionally, we offer banana smoothies made with Okinawan bananas, as well as crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside tempura made from Beni Haruka sweet potatoes.
